01 Introduction

Welcome to BillBuddies, a product of India Tax Info Private Limited (CIN: U74140DL2011PTC212529), incorporated under the Companies Act 2013 and headquartered at 1408, Tower B, Alphathum, Sector-B, Noida, Uttar Pradesh — 201305.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BillBuddies platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all associated services. By registering, accessing, or using BillBuddies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

02 Account Registration

To use BillBuddies you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately at support@mybillbuddies.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Ensuring that all registered details (GSTIN, PAN, business name) are accurate and up to date.

03 Acceptable Use

BillBuddies is a business tool designed for lawful GST billing, invoicing, and financial management. You agree to use the platform only for legitimate business purposes in compliance with the applicable laws of India, including the Goods and Services Tax Act, Income Tax Act, and the Information Technology Act.

You further agree not to use the platform for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to tax evasion, fraudulent invoicing, or the generation of false financial records.

04 Payment & Billing

BillBuddies offers a free 15-day trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription as per the plan you select.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to revise pricing with 30 days' prior notice to registered users.

05 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of BillBuddies — including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, and logos — are the exclusive property of India Tax Info Private Limited and are protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform solely for your internal business purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform without our express written permission.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BillBuddies:

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its related systems.
• Using the platform to send spam, unsolicited communications, or distribute malware.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any component of the software.
• Reselling or sublicensing access to the platform without written consent.
• Uploading or transmitting content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes any third-party rights.

07 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, India Tax Info Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use BillBuddies.

BillBuddies is a compliance-assist tool. While we strive to keep all GST rules and tax information up to date, we do not guarantee that the platform constitutes legal or professional tax advice. You should consult a qualified tax professional for specific guidance.

08 Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to BillBuddies without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in any activity that may harm the platform, other users, or India Tax Info Private Limited.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination, after which your data may be permanently deleted.

09 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
